Living Hope Refuge for Women
Since 2016, Pastor Nina Tidwell, and many compassionate dedicated volunteers have helped bring Healing and Hope to many Women. Our Live-In Program provides free housing, counseling and training programs.
In 2011, Pastor Nina had a Vision to help Women of all ages, from all backgrounds, including young women who have aged out of the foster care system at the young age of 18. Her vision through Women For Orphans – Living Hope Refuge, has expanded to provide help for Women of all ages, and all backgrounds, by providing healing and wholeness to women who have been wounded emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Women’s Hope Refuge is the doorway to gain the emotional and spiritual strength they need to continue the Life they have always believed and longed for.
In 2023, Pastor Nina heard the call to “Enlarge” the Vision by providing homes all throughout the world, and remembers the Lord speaking to her heart saying, “You can have as many homes as you want, wherever you want” and as she thanked the Lord, she responded saying, “I want homes for women, and those with children in Every City, Every State, and All throughout the World.
In 2026, the Lord began to speak to her to also provide Living Hope Refuge for women and those with children who have been victims of religious, emotional, physical and sexual abuse. There are an estimated 60,000 to 100,000 individuals who have been coerced and influenced through fear and intimidation to become a part of these religious groups.
Enlarge the Vision was inspired by a verse in the Bible:“Enlarge my borders…” 1 Chronicles 4:10, and Freedom from the Oppression of abuse is found in Galatians 5:1, “It was for Freedom that Christ set us Free; therefore keep standing firm, and do not be subject again to the yoke of slavery.”
Every Woman who walks through our doors is more than her past, more than the pain she has endured, and more than her current circumstances, whether she’s pregnant, escaping abuse and trauma, the pain and sorrow accompanied with the loss of a loved one, or a divorce, whatever her background has been, she’s Welcomed without judgment and embraced with Love.
Our Living Hope Refuge program, provides separate housing locations, one for Women, and the other for Women with children.
